At Thiya Farms, we are committed to delivering the finest Himalayan products to your doorstep in a timely and secure manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand our practices around delivery times, shipment tracking, and handling potential issues.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across India to all metro and non-metro cities. Our reliable logistics partner ensures smooth and timely deliveries across these regions. While we make every effort to prevent shipment delays, there are rare situations that might be beyond our control.
Shipping Time
- Made-to-Order Products: Since many of our products are made fresh to order, the lead time for each product varies and is specified on the product page and at checkout. Typically, the product delivered in 4-6 days.
- Fresh Fruits: For seasonal fresh fruits like apples, we operate on a pre-order basis. Pre-order windows are announced in advance, and the specific harvesting schedule will be mentioned in the product details. Once harvested, the fruits are dispatched as per the timelines mentioned during the pre-order process. We recommend keeping an eye on our product pages for updates. Typically, the product delivered in 4-6 days.
Our logistics partner will receive a notification once your order is ready for dispatch. They will then pick up your order and deliver it to you. You can track your shipment using the tracking details provided.
In Case of Delayed Shipment
If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at thiya.thehimalayanfarm@gmail.com with your order number. In the unfortunate event that your shipment has been lost or misplaced en route, we will either resend the order (subject to product availability) or provide a full refund.
If You Are Unavailable at Delivery
If you are unavailable during these attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. Please note that you will bear the cost of return shipping, and any refunds will be processed after deducting these costs.
Additionally, if your phone is switched off or unreachable during delivery attempts, Thiya Farms cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.
Dispute Related to Shipping
We aim to resolve any shipping-related disputes as quickly as possible. If your product has not been delivered but has been marked as delivered by the shipping partner, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours. Please note, delivery communications are sent to the mobile number and/or email you provided at the time of purchase. Complaints raised after 48 hours may still be addressed, but resolution is not guaranteed due to the policies of our shipping partner.
Rejected Delivery of Prepaid Orders
If you reject a prepaid order upon delivery, we will attempt to deliver the package once more. If re-delivery is not possible (per the shipping company’s policies), your order will be canceled, and the refund (after deducting shipping and RTO charges) will be processed within 24-48 hours once the package returns to our facility.
