We source our products from farmers, producers and women-led SHGs across Himalayan regions. The specific origin of each product is mentioned on its product page and packaging.
Not all Thiya products are certified organic, so we don't use “organic” as a blanket claim. Product-specific ingredients, processing and certifications, where applicable, are mentioned on the product page or packaging.
Testing requirements depend on the product. Where applicable, we conduct or obtain relevant testing for parameters required for that product category. Product-specific documentation can be shared where available.
The Himalayas are not one single growing region. Different crops thrive in different elevations, climates and valleys. We source each product from the region where it is genuinely grown or produced rather than assigning a generic “Himalayan” origin to everything.
We aim to create consistent market access for mountain farmers and producer groups by bringing their products to consumers beyond their local markets. As we grow, our focus is to build deeper and longer-term sourcing relationships across the Himalayan region.
