Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for products can be requested before the product has been dispatched. If the product has already been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

For Products other than fresh fruits
Our FMCG products are 100% natural and free from preservatives to ensure your health and safety. Due to the absence of preservatives, the shelf life of these products may vary depending on storage conditions.
- If the products arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged items.
- We will provide a partial or full refund based on the extent of the damage. Refunds are processed after a brief investigation and confirmation.
For Handicrafts and Cosmetic Products

For Fresh Fruits
At Thiya Farms, we ship produce directly after procuring from our farmers, free of ripening agents and harmful chemicals.
- Shipping Damage: If any fruits are damaged during shipping, kindly share pictures of the damaged fruits. We will process a partial or full refund based on the severity of the damage.
- Rotten or Spoiled Fruits: Due to our commitment to best farming practices, there is a possibility that some fruits may arrive spoiled or rotten inside. If this happens, please share photos of the affected fruits, and we will refund you accordingly.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For payments made via credit card or payment gateways, refunds will be made directly to the same account.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the refund request and necessary documentation.
